Senior Keto Benefits

Our version of Senior Keto is Carb Cycling which works directly with net carbs. Net carbs, or carbohydrates minus fiber and sugar alcohol. Fiber is very important to maintain on the keto plan. What would your exact number be of grams of carbohydrates?

As with a Fasting plan, we are all different with a fasting plan, we are all different and your keto will be different as well. Since fiber is not digestible, we will show you the best fruits and vegetables to eat and how to maintain the best amount of fiber.

I am 67 and personally, For the first part of my HWM, I fasted for 14 hours a day and eat 30 to 40 carbs per day. I still could have my raspberries and my blackberries every day. I have found that squash such as acorn is a great substitute for potatoes with a little bit of cinnamon or everything but the bagel spice.

Just a note, you do not have to do fasting and keto at the same time, but because I gained so much weight during the pandemic, I felt that I needed something that would kickstart me back to my healthy weight.

We have so many perks and incredible tips to help you with your success that you’re wondering why you didn’t start this before. I think the same thing back in July 2022 it was not one thing that I felt good about myself I couldn’t climb more than one flight of steps a day, and I couldn’t walk.  I worked at the desk and sat on the couch. In the past six months, I’ve lost 60 pounds and I have a new sense of confidence.
